LOVE IT! roomy, warm, the down is extreamely light and compressable. I thought the features might be a gimmick but they are actually very well thought out. a perfect summer bag. Will try it on a few fall trips, too.

Just had a wonderful time hiking the Grand Canyon. But after 28 miles, I have swollen, painful legs from the knee through the ankle. Any tips for recovery?

Leg swelling is not uncommon on hikes in high heat, and water retention is often the culprit...
