The Micron stove is wonderfully compact and easy to use. It goes from full blow to simmer easily and fires up with just a flick of the switch. I've been a long 'beer can stove' user but at just over 3 oz it's hard to argue in not bringing this stove along on the next lightweight venture.

Just had a wonderful time hiking the Grand Canyon. But after 28 miles, I have swollen, painful legs from the knee through the ankle. Any tips for recovery?

Leg swelling is not uncommon on hikes in high heat, and water retention is often the culprit...
